Quad

A quad is a romantic or sexual relationship involving four people. While a triad involves three partners, a quad typically forms when two established couples become romantically linked or when four individuals enter a committed polycule together. These structures can be closed, where the four partners are exclusive to one another, or open to further outside connections.
