Swapping is broad lifestyle language for an agreed situation in which partners connect with others or exchange partners in some way. The term is not precise enough to describe the activities, pace, or boundaries involved. It can include arrangements people describe more specifically as a full swap or soft swap, but every couple defines its own agreement.
