Hotel Takeover

A hotel takeover is an event format in which an organizer reserves a substantial portion, or occasionally all, of a hotel for a particular group or gathering. It creates a shared event hub, but the phrase does not prescribe the event’s activities, rules, attendance criteria, or atmosphere.

Organizers and guests may have different expectations around privacy, participation, and conduct. Respecting posted rules and the discretion of other guests remains important in any shared hospitality space.
