Non-Hierarchical Polyamory is a specific approach to Polyamory where no single relationship is prioritized over others through structural ranking or inherent privilege. Unlike Hierarchical Polyamory, which uses primary and secondary labels to define commitment, this model treats each connection as unique, allowing them to grow based on mutual desire rather than pre-set rules. While it shares values with Relationship Anarchy, which rejects all social categories, this framework focuses specifically on romantic autonomy and the consensual negotiation of time and energy within an ethical non-monogamous network.
