Orgasm Control / Denial

Orgasm control or orgasm denial is a consensual practice in which a person chooses to delay, structure, or restrict orgasm for an agreed period. It may be part of personal exploration or a power exchange. It is related to, but distinct from, chastity, and no label gives another person automatic authority over someone’s body or choices.

Why This Term Matters

The language of “control” can sound absolute. In a consensual setting, the real foundation is explicit choice, continuing communication, and respect for a person’s ability to revise the agreement.
