Chastity

Chastity is a consensual practice in which access to sexual release, stimulation, or a part of someone's body is intentionally restricted for an agreed period. It may be part of teasing, ritual, self-discipline, a power-exchange relationship, or personal exploration. The meaning and duration should never be assumed from the label alone.

Regular check-ins are important because comfort and interest can change. In a Dom/Sub dynamic, control remains negotiated rather than taken. Ongoing communication helps a shared fantasy remain responsive to the person whose body and choices are involved.
