Disciplinarian

A disciplinarian is a person who takes on an agreed role involving structure, correction, accountability, or rules within a consensual power dynamic. The role can be serious, playful, symbolic, or simply a way of organizing an ongoing relationship.

The title has no authority on its own. Its meaning comes from explicit consent, plainly discussed expectations, and limits that people can revisit. In a Dom/Sub arrangement, the relationship—not the label—defines what responsibility has been agreed.
