Docile

Docile is a word some people use to describe a gentle, receptive, or compliant style within a consensual power dynamic. It may describe a temporary mood, a preferred role, or the way someone likes to be seen by a partner. Its meaning is personal and should be defined by the people using it rather than imposed from outside.

Enjoying a yielding role does not erase self-determination. A person can remain fully in charge of their boundaries, choices, and ability to stop while exploring a Dom/Sub dynamic. The deciding factor is freely given consent, not how quiet or accommodating someone appears.
