Dungeon

A dungeon is a dedicated space for consensual BDSM activity, education, or social events. It may be a private room, a members-only venue area, or a larger event space. The word describes the setting, not an assumption that anyone present wants to participate, watch, or be approached.

Venue rules can support privacy, hygiene, and safer conduct, but they do not replace individual responsibility. A Dungeon Monitor may help uphold those rules. Each participant still needs to respect boundaries and ask before initiating any contact; being in a dungeon never replaces personal consent.
