Ticklers

Ticklers are soft implements or tools sometimes used to create light, teasing, or unpredictable sensations during consensual play. The word can also describe tickling as an activity. What feels playful to one person can feel overwhelming to another, especially when someone cannot easily move away.

The goal should be shared enjoyment rather than testing someone’s tolerance. Boundaries can include areas to avoid, intensity, duration, and any sensation that is unwelcome. A safe word or a clear pause signal makes a light activity easier to keep light.
